Town Traders to Meet01/09/2010
Town Traders to Meet The newly formed trader's association for Dungannon's town centre is to meet with Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council to discuss their recent proposals. The group aims to put practical actions in place to improve the look and shopping experience and extend the potential of Dungannon's Town Centre. Vice Chair of the group, Stephen Mohan welcomes the opportunity to air their ideas to local authorities. He said: "I am delighted to be given this chance to extend out proposals through a one to one meeting with Council. We hope to highlight in particular the festive lighting issues with the aim of brightening up Dungannon in time for the festive season". The group is made up of 14 traders who have put together a range of steps they hope to pursue in the near future to increase Dungannon's "shopportunities". Source: Tyrone Courier
