Housing approved for Milltown Area

An application for the development of land for residential accommodation in the Milltown area of Dungannon has been recommended for approval by the Planning Service.

The application proposes the development of the land at Dicksons Yard, Mullaghanagh Road, Milltown for residential accommodation comprising of 73 units which includes townhouses and two, three, four storey apartments.

The application was made by Hayes Fuels C/O Teague & Sally Ltd, Loy Street.

A total of eight objections had been received.
