First Steps Women's Centre based in Dungannon are offering a number of short courses after Easter.

1 Voice Coaching (6 weeks) starting Thursday 10th April

2 Yoga (evenings) starting Monday 7th April

3 Good Relations Programme- (in conjunction with WRDA)

4 Colour Me Beautiful (6 weeks) starting 31st March-Will help you to find out what colour best suits your complexion and how to make yourself younger!

5 Women Coming Together- coffee mornings, book clubs, walking club. If you are interested in finding out more, please contact the centre or call in.

6 Free creche facilities available (0-3 yrs olds) & free transport for some courses
