Dungannon Borough Council is spending a penny on its public toilets.
Work has started in Scotch Street to upgrade the public toilets which are located in the middle of one of the town's car parks.

A council spokesperson confirmed that work had commenced as part of a minor refurbishment scheme which will include painting, tiling and new sanitary ware being put into the facilities which are all in line with budgetary constraints.
