At a meeting of the Police Services Committee of Dungannon Borough Council the issue of water quality in Dungannon was addressed.

During the meeting members discussed issues relating to poor taste and smell of water in the Altmore area with one member requesting that the Environmental Health Agency take a sample for analysis.

It is understood the Committee will also meet with representatives of Northern Ireland water and asked that these specified meetings could be held locally in the communities. "Where problems are being experienced"
