Big release event set for most sought-after apartments in Dungannon

The big release event of some of the west's most highly sought-after turnkey apartments is set to take place in Dungannon this week.

Up to nine apartments at The Cloisters on Killyman Road will be released at the Bank House Hotel in Dungannon Thursday 27 March from 5-8pm.

As over half the first batch of apartments was snapped up immediately last October, buyers are being urged to act quickly.

McAlister Holdings Commercial Director Nick Lord said: "These sought-after apartments will be akin to no other apartment development in Dungannon. The modern contemporary design, quality of build and superior finish is unlike anything yet to be built in the town. This, in addition to the enviable location of the old Brothers Majella Monastery just a short walk from the town centre, has generated tremendous interest.

"With prices ranging from £215,000-£230,000, the nine two-bedroom apartments to be released are finished to a high-quality specification, painted and floored throughout and all come with a NHBC 10-year warranty. Private parking is provided for each apartment.

The Bank House Hotel event is scheduled from 5pm-8pm and selling agents CPS and a financial advisor will be available.

For further information on the event, contact CPS on 028 8772 9188.

A CD depicting a virtual walk through the development is also available.
